This 60-year-old former manager had been suffering from terrible migraine attacks for twenty years, which put him out of action at least once a week for two days. Between attacks, he complained of an almost permanent, mild to moderate persistent headache, dizziness, fatigue and a host of other symptoms. He even went into early retirement because of these health problems. Up until twenty years ago, he had only rarely suffered from headaches. He had been a very active amateur jockey for over 25 years and had experienced several violent falls from his horse.
